Our House Point System
At the Henry Beaufort, all students are assigned to a house when they join the school, and this is something that they keep throughout their time at Henry Beaufort and become tethered to.
The House System is used to build a community feel around school and used as part of our reward system to bring all events, competitions, and school procedures together to create a leaderboard with the winning house getting their colour ribbon attached to The House Cup.
Each House is associated with a colour and has 2 student House Captains who support with the running and creation of new events to go towards the House System.
At the end of each term, there is a Whole School Assembly which results from every competition that has been run is announced, and the leaderboard is updated and shared with students and staff.
As a school we run a huge amount of House Events and Competitions, some of the activities that have been run in the 2023/2024 academic year include:

We are always looking to increase the number of opportunities and House competitions and have lots of exciting opportunities for our students that will be shared with them in the near future. However, if you have any ideas of competitions that could be run then please come and see Mr Donaldson or share this with your House Captain.
