Cultural Capital Day 2025

The Henry Beaufort School recently hosted a vibrant and engaging Cultural Capital Day, where students participated in a variety of activities connected to their curriculum. The event enriched their classroom learning and allowed them to complete several hbX experiences.
Year 7 embarked on an educational trip to the Southampton Art Gallery and Sea City Museum, while Year 8 delved into the importance of language by learning British Sign Language. Year 9 explored the world of technology, designing bridges and baking biscuits, while Year 10 received essential First Aid training. Year 11 started the day with a Revision Planning Assembly, led by Lorraine Lee, who provided invaluable advice on exam preparation and effective revision strategies. Parents will also have the opportunity to hear Lorraine speak at the Year 11 Revision Event on Thursday, 6th March, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
It was a fantastic day filled with interactive learning and practical experiences.
